The assignment
Create a recognizable identity for a salon and carry a useful visual motif into supporting applications.
Design decisions
Gold scissors form the V and connect the two typographic voices in the name. Repeating that same tool creates a pattern that can work over the larger surface of a salon cape.
What was delivered
A primary gold-scissors wordmark and a family of application studies. Cards and capes are presentation mockups; some use earlier identity variations, which remain labeled as part of the design development.
